Returns are a part of any business and an easy return policy creates comfort when shopping online.

We understand that returns can be frustrating, if you are unsure of what you need please call us. Our policy is to check twice and ship once, our goal is to get you the right parts and make all interactions with our company pleasant.
Please consider we base our replacement part choice selection upon information supplied by you. Please supply all relevant information which may have been omitted previously when considering a return or exchange.
Spas are complex and we realize at some point you may order the wrong parts, or no longer need the parts once you receive them etc...

Returned parts will be accepted up to 90 days after date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us to resolve any issues before you consider a return.
Refunds can only be issued within 60 days of purchase, returns received between 60-90 days will receive store credit.

Returned parts will only be accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We shall issue and RMA after you have contacted us about your issue.
All Packages with out an RMA # will be returned to the sender.

  • All returned orders will be assessed a $3.50 handling charge. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you wish to return an part, please return it in its original package, preferably unopened. If opened, please supply the original packaging along with the part. We will first attempt the replace/exchange the incorrect part. If there is no suitable replacement we will issue a refund (see below).

Spa Parts shop will NOT accept returns of the following:
  • If any wiring diagram, instruction card, installation card, warranty card or components are missing!
  • Electrical Parts*
  • Gaskets, O-Rings & Seals are not returnable.
  • Used parts.
  • Parts that show any evidence of contact with water or chemical damage.
  • Special Order parts.
  • Opened Chemicals/Filters
  • Double Sided Tape, Protective Face Plastics.
  • Katchakid® Pool, Pond & Spa nets
 

Refunds for items returned within ninety (90) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than sixty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Credit redemption will be subject to new shipping charges.

When returning a part(s) please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address supplied by customer service and include the RMA # and original invoice #. We ship from multiple locations therefore you will need to contact us to acquire the correct return address!

We handle manufactures warranties for our customers no need for you to deal with them.



*SPECIAL NOTE ~ electrical parts. We will not accept returns on any part which has been connected!  All electrical parts are inspected & tested, if a part shows any evidence of installation/connection it will be returned to you.

If any part requiring an electrical connection is damaged in shipment a replacement will be shipped out right away.

If an electrical part is thought to be faulty, the part will have to be tested ($75 Charge will be assessed if the part is found not to be faulty) before a refund is issued or replacement is sent. If you think you have received a faulty part contact us immediately.
