With us you can trust that your order will be processed quickly and safely delivered.
Most orders received before 5:00pm EST (regular business days) will ship same day, those placed after 5:00pm EST will the next business day.
Acceptable handling times are 2-3 business days. If we expect a delay in shipping of your package you will be notified via email. Order Status emails are send if there are any changes to your order.
Basics
Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order, and
a small handling charge between $1.50-$3.50 is built in to shipping costs to
cover the cost of packing supplies.
Fragile items require additional packaging, be mindful that your order
is insured and we take the extra steps to prevent and freight damages. Shipping supply costs and bulk shipping discounts are passed directly on to you! We cannot ship a part for less than it costs, simple economics! We guaranty that you will always receive a well packaged order every time!
We ship products in the United States using either UPS & USPS typically based upon your selection at checkout. You have the ability to compare rates at the Shipping Options Step of the Checkout Process.
UPS rounds orders up to the nearest pound, e.g. 1.25lbs becomes a 2lb ship weight and so on.
USPS is less cost effective for shipments over 3-4lbs, generally we do not use flat rate boxes!
Saver Shipping
If you choose "Saver" flat rate shipping, your order will ship via carrier of our choice and take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
The choice of carrier is based upon Spa Parts Shop discretion, your location and products ordered. If your "ship to" is a PO Box your order will ship USPS.
Selections/Shipping Upgrades
To ensure your packages arrive in a timely manner Spa Parts Shop will upgrade most UPS orders to 2nd Day for the price of Ground/ Home Delivery. The decision is based upon the warehouse the part is shipping from and the time of day. All decisions are based upon the discretion of Spa Parts Shop, part availability & time order is placed . If you wish to guarantee 2nd day delivery select 2nd Day Air or please call us.

International Shipping
Unless otherwise noted Canadian and International orders will ship via USPS.
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. Please note, that some products cannot be shipped to international
destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page
if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Warehouse Locations
We do not stock any parts at our business address in Florida! Our physical inventory is warehoused in Tuscon, Arizona.
If a part is out of stock at our primary location we will try to ensure you receive parts by shipping orders from Connecticut, Tennessee or Nevada. We will decide which warehouse to ship from based upon part availability and transit time.
Partial Shipments & Back Orders
If your part is on back order expected in less than 5 days, your order status will reflect "Back Ordered" status. If your back order wait exceeds 5 days we will contact you via email with in 24 hours.
If an order cannot be fulfilled from a single warehouse your parts will be shipped in multiple packages. Order status will be changed to "Split Shipment", the larger split will ship via the method selected
